- 1/2 – 1 lb. of cooked (fresh cooked or leftover) chicken, pork chops, or ribs, flavored with barbeque sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice (I prefer jasmine or basmati rice)
- 1 can drained and rinsed black beans or 1 1/2 cups of your precooked beans
- 1 diced onion
- 2/3 cup barbeque sauce
- pepper to taste
Combine the cooked rice, cooked and deboned meat, black beans, diced onion, and barbeque sauce in a large pan or wok. Cook until heated through. Add pepper and stir before serving.
